Fire Fighter Water Trailer Detail
The Firefighter Water Trailer is built for demanding jobs like fire suppression, dust control, and on-site water transport. It comes in 550, 800, or 1,025 gallon sizes with an algae-resistant tank, a 4 HP Honda engine, and a 2-inch Tsurumi pump for reliable water flow. The heavy-duty 6-inch channel iron frame and surge brakes help keep the trailer stable, even on rough or uneven ground.
It includes a 25-foot fire hose for targeted spraying and a rear spray bar for wide coverage. This setup is ideal for extinguishing fires, pre-wetting dry areas, handling controlled burns, or managing dust on worksites. Firefighter Water Trailer Maintenance Tips
Taking care of your firefighter water trailer helps it last longer and stay ready when you need it. Give the tank, hoses, and 2-inch pump a quick check for any wear or leaks. After each use, rinse out the tank and hoses to prevent algae. Keep an eye on the oil and fuel in the 4 HP Honda engine, and top them off as needed. A little grease on moving parts and a check on the surge brakes go a long way for smooth, safe towing.
When you’re done, store the trailer in a dry spot out of the weather. A yearly checkup by a pro can also catch small problems before they turn into big ones. With just a bit of regular care, your fire suppression trailer will stay in great shape.
If you’re dealing with freezing temps, our freeze protection, our Water Trailer Heater Blankets can help. They keep things warm and running, and they’re made to fit any tank size.
