The Pioneer XLR 50/2 is a corrugated steel class water storage tank engineered for rural and ranch properties, rainwater harvesting, livestock operations, and well water storage. With a nominal capacity of 65,567 US gallons in a low profile 39' 6" diameter footprint, it delivers serious storage capacity while staying easy to site, fill, and maintain.

Unlike conventional corrugated tanks built from repurposed roofing sheet, every Pioneer tank wall is rolled into the patented PIONEER V-LOCK® panel profile, giving the wall market leading load strength and continuous support behind the internal liner.

Water is stored inside the AQUALINER® Fresh tank liner, a food grade membrane with Sanitized® antimicrobial technology. The AQUALINER® Fresh tank liner utilized within Pioneer Water Tanks is NSF 61 certified for drinking water storage, and it is certified PFAS free, BPA free, and phthalate free. For potable applications, confirm the rating for your application when you request your quote.

Each XLR tank ships as a complete kit and carries a 20 year warranty when installed by a Pioneer Authorized Installer on an appropriate foundation. The XLR series is intended for non permitted projects; for permitted or engineered projects, ask our team about the Pioneer XLE engineered series.
