Product Description

The 750 gallon Peabody ProChem Double Wall Tank Value-Pak pairs a double-wall containment tank with its lid, fittings and accessory package under one part number. Silver covers the welded double-wall tank with its overflow, vents and fittings, Gold upgrades to welded couplings, a finished fill connection and a leak detection sensor, and Platinum adds an inverse level gauge, a side access box drain and, on taller tanks, an access ladder.

Measuring 87" diameter x 112" high, this ProChem Double Wall Tank Value-Pak holds 750 gallons and opens through a 16 in lid.

Silver — Part No.: 293-33397

• Welded double-wall tank with interstitial supports and a vented twist lid
• Top discharge with dip tube
• Fill connection and a 2" electronic level connection
• Mushroom vents on the containment tank
• Welded primary-to-secondary overflow pipe assembly
• Secondary containment drain connection, plugged
• PVC/EPDM bulkhead fittings, 2" standard size
• Suction tube with a PVC/EPDM ball foot valve and internal pipe support
• Hydrotested before shipping
• CAD submittal drawings
• Shipping prep to protect the tank in transit

Gold — Part No.: 293-33398

Everything in Silver except the PVC/EPDM bulkhead fittings, plus:

• Welded polyethylene couplings in place of the bulkhead fittings, threaded or flanged, 2" standard size
• PVC/EPDM truck fill connection mounted on the tank sidewall at 42 in high, with a PVC/EPDM ball valve, check valve, PVC drop line, polypropylene quick coupler, cap and lanyard
• Lifting lugs
• RF-capacitance leak detection sensor in the secondary tank, in a 1" FNPT coupling, ready for a remote controller or leak alarm (sold separately)

Platinum — Part No.: 293-33399

Everything in Gold except the top discharge with dip tube, plus:

• Mini inverse level gauge
• Bottom sidewall dual containment drain connection with a side access box and visual inspection port (flooded suction with a 1" or 2" stainless steel flex hose) in place of the top discharge
• OSHA-compliant, corrosion-resistant fiberglass access ladder with its mounting hardware
