The 40 Gallon Trionic Marine & RV Tank (Holding & Fresh Water) | WH-2040-5 is designed for boats, RVs, and other mobile applications where a rugged, space-efficient tank is required for fresh/potable water storage or wastewater holding (grey/black water) in non-pressurized setups. This rectangular polyethylene tank measures 32" L × 24" W × 14" H and is manufactured as a seamless, one-piece rotationally molded tank with an approximate 3/8" average wall thickness.
Pre-drilled vs blank (as requested): This model is offered in a pre-drilled configuration (WH-2040-5) with factory threaded openings, or as a blank / no-fittings configuration (B-2040-5) with no openings for custom placement. Pre-drilled Water/Holding tanks include (2) 1-1/2" FPT and (2) 1/2" FPT female NPT threaded openings located on one end (unused openings can be capped). Blank tanks are intended for custom routing and fitting placement, typically using a CF-60 Custom Fittings Kit.
Installation note: Trionic recommends installing with the bottom fully supported and using a minimum 12" flexible hose section when connecting to hose barb fittings.
