Q&A: Are There Plastic Containers to Hold Rainwater?

Question: I am looking for a 1000 liter (approx) plastic container to hold rainwater outside for use by allotment holders. It will collect water from garage roofs and will need outlet tap for hose or water cans. Do you have anything in your ranges, thanks for your time.

A standard container you could use for rainwater collection would be the Open Top Plastic Container to hold Rainwater. This tank is made from polyethylene, is self supporting, and features an open top for easy rainwater collection. In addition, these tanks have a resin that complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1 and 3.2. The open top cylindrical tank is available in 260 gallons or 275 gallons which would give you approximately 1000 liters of liquid storage.

If you would prefer a closed top vertical tank, another choice would be our Vertical Poly Water Tank.
